The Challenge
Washee, a well-established laundromat chain, approached us with the goal of expanding into the on-demand laundry service market, similar to the DoorDash model. They wanted to offer a seamless clean-and-fold delivery service that would provide customers with convenience and flexibility. We collaborated closely with their team to develop a comprehensive digital solution that brought Washee Apps to life.
The Services
Our team worked on every aspect of the service development, from conceptualizing the app’s user experience to building the backend infrastructure needed to handle real-time orders, tracking, and logistics. We designed a user-friendly interface that allowed customers to schedule pickups, track the status of their laundry, and manage payments—all from a single app. The platform integrated geo-location services, so users could get accurate updates on their laundry delivery times.
We also implemented a robust system to streamline operations for Washee’s staff, enabling them to efficiently manage incoming orders, optimize driver routes, and coordinate pickups and deliveries. Additionally, we developed a subscription-based model, offering customers recurring laundry services at discounted rates, driving customer retention and loyalty.

In terms of design, we opted for a vibrant yet modern aesthetic that aligned with Washee’s brand identity. The color palette was chosen to evoke cleanliness and trust—soft blues and whites were contrasted with pops of bright, inviting colors to energize the overall experience. High-quality imagery and custom illustrations were incorporated to make the service offerings more approachable and engaging.
The site was built with a mobile-first approach, ensuring that users could easily access all features from any device. This was essential given the on-the-go nature of the target audience, who would likely use the service on their smartphones. We also designed and developed a responsive dashboard where customers could manage their profiles, view order histories, and set up recurring laundry services with ease.
